2 cups stock, veggie or bone broth
4 T MULTI-USE PIZZA & WRAPS MIX
Salt and pepper to taste and seasonings of choice such as sage, thyme or garlic
1 C cooked mixed veggies such as carrot, celery or onion.
2 T butter
1. Add cool broth and PIZZA & WRAP MIX to your blender and blend on high about 30 seconds.
2. If using vegetables add them to your blender and blend until smooth and velvety.
4. Heat and stir the broth mixture in a small saucepan until almost boiling.
5. Once the broth thickens into a gravy, taste and adjust the seasonings, or add more liquid if needed.
NOTES: The color of broth you use will affect the color of the gravy. For Southern “Red Eye” gravy, try using coffee instead of stock and adding a generous shot of hot sauce.
Store in the fridge. If it separates when cold; stir and warm over low heat until it is creamy again.
