Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

​NOTE:  Packing peanuts may be used in some shipping.  They decompose in water leaving no toxic waste and are made from static-free organic starch.

All International Customers please email us for shipping quotes prior to placing your order.

USA ONLY:

TEMPORARY SUMMER SHIPPING RATES:

$13 for EACH 3PK OR COMBO 4PK ORDER

$17 for EACH 6PK ORDER

$19 for EACH 8PK ORDER

WE USE UPS (2 DAY) SHIPPING for BAKED BREADS, UNLESS ANOTHER OPTION WILL STILL DELIVER WITHIN 2-3 DAYS.  During the Winter months we may ship all orders 3 DAY.

*All orders for baked breads placed by SUNDAY evening will ship Monday-Wednesday

*ALL orders for breads received Monday-Sunday will ship the coming Monday-Wednesday.

 

Some exceptions may apply for West Coast locations.  All baked breads will ship frozen, arrive thawed, and will need to be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival to maintain optimum freshness. 

BAKING MIXES

$4.99 Per Tub.​

 

All US orders for baking mixes will ship within 1-2 days of your order date and are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground Shipping, unless otherwise required.  Orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on your region and the carriers' projections.   

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

​At the customer’s option, a refund will be issued for items purchased from www.grainfreeplanet.com that are defective (this includes items recalled by the manufacturer).  If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase.  The discretion of Grain Free Planet shall be final in determining whether merchandise is “defective”.  Product packaging is designed to protect the contents.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented package corners or scuffed labels.  If products are purchased elsewhere (amazon.com, outside retailers), customers must address returns directly with that specific provider.

RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Because our products are food items we have a no-return policy on non-defective merchandise, as we are unable to resell them as new.​
