Chocolate Ganache (Fleur de Sel) Tart

This recipe is inspired by Kristen Cain @soulstarsbakes (Fleur de Sel Tart)

This pie is pure dreamy, chocolate heaven!


1 baked Pie Crust, prepared per MULTI-USE BAKERY MIX instructions 

1 1/2 C Grain Free Planet DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS (7.5 oz)

1/2 C S'WEEET! Sweetener Blend (47g)

1 C Heavy Cream

1/4 C Butter (56g)

2/3 t Sea Salt + coarse salt for topping

1 t Vanilla Extract

Makes 1 - 9" Pie or Tart


1. Add the heavy cream, butter and salt to a medium/large saucepan.

2. Warm over medium heat while whisking in the sweetener.

3. Heat and stir until you see steam rising from the mixture, but don't let it bubble.

3. Turn off the heat and stir in the chocolate chips, cover and let rest for a 5 minutes.

4. Add the vanilla and stir until smooth.

5. Pour into prepared crust and refrigerate to firm up before serving.

6. Best served with sweet whipped cream!

*VARIATION: For streaks of melted marshmallow, stir in 1/2 C of mini-marshmallows while the chocolate is still warm.

*SWEETENER SUBSTITUTIONS: This recipe has not yet been tested with other sweeteners.
