Who knew baking without sugar could be so S'WEEET!  This new Sugar Free Sweetener and Frosting Blend by Grain Free Planet, that bakes like real sugar, with a delicious taste and texture like powdered sugar, contains Zero Sugar Alcohols.   
 
This blend is the perfect sweetener for all the baked goods found in our Bakery Mix recipes, and for sauces and frostings.  We've found that many sweeteners like allulose or sugar alcohols like erythritol, can produce less than stellar results when baking, so we developed our blend that we think you'll love as much as we do!

IMO (isomalto-oligosaccharide) is classified as a non-digestible carbohydrate derived from tapioca. In moderate amounts, we find very little effect on blood glucose. Also, contrary to some reports, we do not find it causes stomach upset in most people. This is one reason we love it and chose it over some other sweeteners, such as xylitol or erythritol.
