Crafted for everyday moments, with the texture and character of artisan bread and a more refined, lighter feel than traditional gluten-free loaves. 

Warming & Storage
For a softer crust, store in a sealed bag; for a more rustic crust, use a paper bag. Once thawed, warm in a 400° oven until heated through and lightly crisp.

Baking & Shipping
Breads are baked fresh Monday through Friday and shipped via UPS 2-Day Air early in the week. Orders placed by Friday are baked fresh and ship the following Monday.

Storage & Care
 Ships frozen to preserve freshness and may arrive partially or fully thawed. Upon arrival, store in the freezer for best quality, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate if enjoying sooner. Once thawed, breads will keep 7–10 days refrigerated.
